Never mind, It's going to look something like this:
Edit your userpage.
Header:[There is a box here for the user to type the header]
Body text:[Same as above]
Ect.
If you want to change anything, just say.

First, I am working on it, 2nd how are you going to generate it, it has to be a link,

What do you mean? It is, I am making the box out of codes.
Ex.
Separate log-in for the chat box (Optional)
Everything is coded, the submit button, the entry, ect.

Well,
if you wanted to make it a WHOLE page, not just a forum, it would have to be html coded, I would have to make the things you see above the reply box. (B, I, U, ect.) Also, add alot of other things.
