Actually, I'm sorry, I was up there for one of the missions. It's not a EPF mission, it's for the normal Spy missions. I remember it now. You also go up there on the JetPack game...although, you don't do anything up there... You just land there (I think, I'm not 100% sure, sorry if I'm not.)
