What if there was a New Posts button, that shows the newest posts. I think it would help the site a lot.

I am not sure if you can do this but you could look at the UN-answered posts, that might give you some.
Or, you could make another thing on the portal with the most resent posts.

There is 3 options:
View posts since last visit
View your posts
View unanswered posts
That is basicly the new posts button.
