Are we ever gonna have picture albums on the site? Cause I wanna take pics of my penguin and post them on here

We already do have them.

I disabled them until icerz makes the album picture for the navi bar.

It costs me money to have albums, so they wont be free. You need to buy them with coins.

I control the albums.

You get the albums I set.
I have an album called "Pictures".

Its not in your profile, its in the navi bar.
